HOW TO CONTACT ME
My office number is (914) 630-2030. I check voicemail frequently during business hours. If I am away, the name and contact information for the covering doctor can be found by calling my office.
Established patients can also reach us through our secure messaging platform, KLARA, by clicking on the blue “Message Us” button found at the bottom of the page.
FEES
Full payment is due at the time of each session. I do not participate in any insurance plans. I will provide a statement you can submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged at full fee. I do not charge for cancellations due to medical emergencies or weather related issues making it realistically unsafe to travel.
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
All patients who are prescribed medication must be seen at a minimum of every three months. This is considered standard of care so I am unable to make exceptions to this requirement. When requesting a refill, if there has not been a recent appointment, you will need to schedule one at the time of the request. All prescription refill requests can be made by phone or through KLARA (Blue "message us" button at the top of the page). Please allow three days for any prescription requests.
